Mixture for 1 KG Anzer Honey:
Anzer apitera Anzer Honey, Anzer Pollen, Anzer Polopolis, Native Pure Royal Jelly;
Anzer Apitera
- 1 kg Anzer Honey
- 400 gr Anzer Pollen
- 100 g Royal jelly
- 100 g Propolis
- 20 g Ginger
- 15 gr Cinnamon
- 30 gr Black seed
- 10, 20 grams of nettle,
It is mixed with wooden spoon in a 2 kg jar… At least one hour before meals in the morning….
- For Adults: One teaspoon on an empty stomach at least one hour before breakfast in the morning and evening .
- Minors: One teaspoon on an empty stomach at least one hour before breakfast in the morning and evening
- Babies: Babies over two years of age in the morning and evening half of the a teaspoon
