Propolis is a bee product that has been the subject of thousands of university researches in recent years. It occurs when bees add some enzymes to the paste obtained by chewing different plant and tree bark.

Dosages for use !
For general use, 2 grams of propolis extracts can be taken as a daily dose.
For children, a daily dose of 250 mg (1-3 of teaspoon in 1 to 8 years of age ), a quarter of teaspoon (500 mg) in 3 to 6 years of age, 1 gram per day up to 12 years of age and adults older than 12 years doses available.
