How to consume anzer honey
For Adults; One tablespoon on an empty stomach at least one hour before meals in the morning and evening,
For Children; One dessert spoon (middle size)on an empty stomach at least one hour before dinner in the morning and evening

- 1 KG Anzer Honey:
- 250 gr Anzer Pollen
- 100 gr Royal Jelly
- 100 g Solid Exract Propolis
- 20 g Ginger
- 30 gr Ground black seed
- 20 gr Cinnamon
Note: After the mixture is made on an empty stomach in the morning one hour before meals All the ingredients should be mixed in a jar weights 2 kilogram (6,57 oz. or 4 lb ) for perfect mixture.
NOTE; costumers should consume the mixture (apitera) 1 hour ago before breakfast.
